Once in a while a project will drop in my lap, So when producer Paul Glenshaw called to ask if I’d be interested in making a video for the Seven Tones Project, which features the music of Duke Ellington. I jumped at it. Ellington’s music is essential listening, and I’d just finished a project with jazz guitarist Alex Martin. For I GOT IT BAD I asked Alex and percussionist Uasuf Gueye to create the music track; and Nick Byron and Mia Massimino to play the man and woman.
